Service 1 Orientation Day

The focus of the package is the Orientation Day, the most comprehensive introduction to living as an expat in Japan.

Spend the day (4-5 hours) with your personal advisor, who will:

  • Explain how to adapt to life in Japan as a foreigner
  • Discuss your individual situation and provide personalized information and answers to your questions
  • Teach you about local customs while accompanying you to a meal in a local restaurant and a trip on public transport
Service 2 Facility List

After confirming your requirements and preferences, we will prepare a tailored list of all the facilities you will need to go about your daily life.

  • Find the best supermarkets, restaurants, clinics. gyms, hair salons, etc, based on your location and preferences
  • We can find any facilities you need, from organic supermarkets and gluten-free restaurants to Hindu temples and English-speaking dentists!

Service 3  Remote Support

Contact us whenever you need advice or further information on living in Japan.
We will do our best to find a solution to any problems you encounter.

  • Available for one month after your orientation
  • Contact us by SNS, mail or phone from 10am-8pm and we will respond with an answer as soon as possible.
Option  Airport Pickup

If required, your personal advisor can meet you at the airport as your flight arrives, assist you with any immediate tasks you have at the airport (money exchange, phone SIM card, etc.) and transport you by car to your accommodation in Tokyo.
